About the Founder
Built on Family Craftsmanship, Hard Work, and Real Experience
Jonathan Mendoza comes from a family of builders. His grandfather was a mason, and his father was a concrete mason, giving him early exposure to the craftsmanship, discipline, and patience behind quality masonry and stonework.
Jonathan came to the United States from Chile in 2001 and began working for a well-known stone company in Pennsylvania. He started as a helper, learning directly on job sites and working alongside experienced tradesmen. Within two years, his skill, dedication, and attention to detail helped him grow into a mason himself.
After four years of hands-on experience, Jonathan became a contractor in 2004 and began building Mendoza Stone LLC. Since then, he has completed masonry, chimney, brick, concrete, paver, stucco, real stone, and select cabinet installation projects for homeowners and commercial clients across the region.
Jonathan is known for being quiet, humble, and hardworking. He is not someone who talks much about himself, but his work speaks for him. From detailed residential projects to larger commercial work, he brings pride, patience, and craftsmanship to every job.
